Amber Vuilleumier

Artist Biography

Amber Vuilleumier is completing her fourth year in Endicott College’s Interior Architecture program, focusing her thesis in two areas of design she is passionate about : hospitality and the equine industry. 3 years on the Endicott Equestrian team while being a full-time college student balancing schoolwork, clubs, and work proved to be her form of relaxation and thus, inspiration to create a space that could tackle stress and anxiety in a productive and exciting manner.

Thesis Abstract

Alamar Retreat & Equestrian Center is an equine therapeutic facility that offers group and individual equine-driven activities that focus on strengthening confidence, patience, reflection, teamwork, and leadership. Educational and therapeutic safe space can further push learning and reflection while other opportunities for social connection and rejuvenation will also arise.
