Artist Biography
Sarah Jane Visnick is a Beverly native who chose to come to Endicott for the notorious Interiors program while also being able to maintain time with family and the ocean. Her inspiration for this project was her mother, who works part time for Beverly’s School Committee, and sees inequalities firsthand, daily. Her passion for education and corporate design kept her focused through this process. She is currently employed full time as a designer for Visnick and Caulfield, and is enrolled in the MArch program at the Boston Architectural College, slated to start in the Fall.
Thesis Abstract
Healthcare, nutrition, mentorship and educational resources will work together to fulfill the concepts of Maslow’s hierarchy so that the end users will be better equipped to perform well in traditional academic settings, therefore minimizing the achievement gap.
