Thesis Abstract
Education should be provided equally for everyone since it is a foundation of human growth. However, currently, there are educational inequalities between high and low-income communities. Montessori education method is one of the popular high-quality methods but it is unaffordable for low-income families. The sustainable design could reduce the entire cost of school expenses to make it affordable for everyone. My thesis research will address how the Montessori education model and sustainable design strategies can balance the inequality in education between low-income and high-income families.
