Artist Biography
Olivia Lee (25’) is a senior at Endicott College that will be graduating in May with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Architectural Studies. Over the past four years, Olivia has consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List. Throughout the years she has found a love for design and architecture that starting fall of 2025 she is starting a Masters of Architecture program at Boston Architectural College with plans to pursue licensure. Olivia’s study in architecture at Endicott included residential design, highrise, urban design, and historic preservation, which led to Olivia’s interest in commercial architecture.
Olivia had the opportunity to study abroad as well as travel which opened her eyes to the endless possibilities architecture can oer. Through this she has found a passion for traveling and exploring new possibilities and journeys it may lead. Olivia would like to thank her professors and mentors for sharing their experiences, expertise, and passion for this eld. Your perseverance did not go unnoticed and pushed Olivia to want to constantly keep learning and discover new passions.
Thesis Abstract
This project explores healthcare facilities and education in a hands-on way with a farm to table restaurant that connects the community. Many people are uneducated about the effects of processed foods and the supply chain that impacts the freshness of the food being distributed. The United States food industry needs change so people can learn the negative effects processed food has on them, how to cook healthier meals, and be able to benet from the farm to table movement. A healthcare facility where the public can come and learn about proper nutrition and food can make this change. This facility will be designed in an urban environment to allow people to learn vertical farming techniques and talk with dietitians in different specialties, such as sports, disordered eating, gastrointestinal (GI) and general dietitians.
