Alexandra Talarico

Artist Biography

Alex is a graphic designer and photographer, based in Quincy, Massachusetts. Her work blends expressive color, typography, and imagery, both photographed and illustrated. From an early age, she was always drawn to art, always feeling most herself when creating. As a naturally shy child, creativity became her outlet, where she found confidence, comfort, and a sense of calm. She has a strong focus on branding and visual storytelling that builds cohesive, immersive experiences. With over five years of experience as a project and creative designer in the travel industry, along with internships in food/hospitality, productivity management, and higher education, including a semester-long internship with Endicott’s Marketing and Communications department, she has developed strong skills in translating ideas into strategic, meaningful designs. Alex credits a lot of her growth as a designer to her time studying abroad in Cork, Ireland, during her junior year. An experience that further expanded her creativity, exposing her to new techniques and perspectives that continue to influence her design process.

After graduation, Alex plans to pursue a career in branding and grow professionally as a graphic designer in the New England area. She also hopes to grow her freelance work and build her independent brand portfolio.

Thesis Abstract

Rollin Fresh is a mobile food truck and event catering service built around freshness, movement, and community connection. Rooted in the energy of food truck culture, its approachable, vibrant, and designed to bring people together. “Rollin’” reflects its on-the-go spirit, while “Fresh” represents a commitment to clean, intentional ingredients and thoughtfully prepared meals. At its core, Rollin Fresh is guided by fresh-first thinking, bright energy, and inclusive options. Each menu is intentionally crafted and fully adaptable, even offering accommodations for major dietary needs, including nut, gluten, and dairy sensitivities, ensuring every guest feels accommodated. More than a food truck, it is an experience that’s centered on transforming events into shared moments through fresh, honest food. Using our website, you can book Rollin Fresh for any event or gathering, add attendees’ dietary information or food sensitivities, and choose from one of our custom-made menus or customize your own to meet your group’s wants and needs. We believe that food should be both inclusive and intentional, creating an experience where every guest feels considered, cared for, and excited to eat. Rolling through multiple cities across 10 U.S. states, Rollin Fresh continues to expand while staying rooted in quality, care, and connection.
