Artist Biography
Ashlyn Rice is a graduating senior graphic design major at Endicott College with a minor in Business Administration. She is originally from East Kingston, New Hampshire, where she grew up around nature and art. Her mother is an artist, which inspired her love for the arts and doing what you love. Her passion for design bloomed in high school, where she took her first graphic design class and knew that was what she wanted to do. Within her design work, she loves integrating her illustrations and paying attention to details. She also loves nature, and having nature featured in her designs. After graduating, Ashlyn would love to expand her design experience with a job in either user experience, branding, or illustration. Still, she is determining the path she will take within her career path.

Thesis Abstract
A Court of Thorns and Roses is a fantasy book by Sarah J. Maas, set in a fantasy world dominated by Fae. Feyre is a 19-year-old human, who kills a wolf in the woods in an attempt to survive, but discovers that this is a mistake that will lead to her having to go into the Fae lands. This version of the novel has specialized book covers and illustrations to appeal to collectors and fans of this series. As Feyre goes into the Faerie world and feels each new emotion that she did not feel before, a specific color is added to the illustrations, creating a more immersive experience.
