Artist Biography
Grace Daniele will graduate from Endicott College in May of 2023 with a BFA in Interior Architecture. Throughout her time on campus, she was involved in the Architecture and Design Club, EDGE Dance Group, and the Endicott Cheerleading Team. She interned at two firms in New Hampshire over the summers. One of her favorite projects was the opportunity to design themed airbnbs which were housed in a renovated old mill building. She also worked at the Boston Architecture firm SGA during her semester-long senior internship.
Grace recently accepted a full-time position at Market Square Architects based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and will be starting there in the interior department this June. She is excited to be working in the Seacoast area and will enjoy spending her free time hiking, playing guitar, and going to concerts with family and friends.
Thesis Abstract
InTune Music Wellness Center is a facility that brings architecture and music together to create a space that inspires, educates, and heals the environment through performances, exhibits, and music therapy services. This one-of-a-kind center has a goal to bring music into our daily lives as a way to cope with stress and improve our overall mental health and well-being. The users of InTune include musicians, music therapists, music therapy patients, college students, and the general public. It’s located in the heart of Boston right near the commons. Music can inspire our environment and leave lasting impressions on a space. It is proven to be helpful in improving the mind, body, and soul which is one of the main focuses of this research-based and universally designed facility.
