Artist Biography
Allison Farago is a senior Interior Architecture major excited to graduate from Endicott College with her BFA in May. She is delighted about the opportunity to continue her education next year at Savannah College of Art & Design pursuing her MFA in Production Design. Throughout her 4 years at Endicott, Allison has been an active member of Spotlight Drama Club and Mainstage Theater. She is proud to have served as the Vice President of the Spotlight Drama Club this year and get the opportunity to direct, act, and set design for various productions. Allison is so grateful to her family, friends, classmates, and theater friends for their endless support in the pursuit of her dreams.

Thesis Abstract
By creating a community center outside the office that provides resources, support, advocacy, training, and community outreach for the members of the LGBTQ+ community, change can be fostered to create a healthier and more equitable work environment.
